Warm Potato & Bean Salad

Super delicious salad to have on its own or as a side to your favourite meat!

  1. Using a large pot, boil the green beans for 1-2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove and set aside.
  2. Add the potatoes to the pot. Boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and let cool slightly. Gently break up into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Transfer the potatoes and beans to a large bowl. Add the onion and salt and pepper to taste. Toss lightly
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add dressing to salad mix, and gently mix through.


  • 1kg potatoes.
  • 500g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
