FoodWorks Price Promise is our long-term pricing initiative that we match selected comparable “Everyday Shelf Price” products to our competitors. We're ensuring that our customers can easily find great value across and more confidence at the checkout. We know times are tough and customers have been telling us that they want more, so we're here to help!
At FoodWorks we understand you're busy and time is important. Just look and select the products with our Price Promise red ticket on our shelves. We check against our competitors* each week to make sure we match the lowest price on offer across a range of selected items. The ticket will be on everyday items customers buy day in and day out, including bread, canned goods, cheese and baby essentials.
We do not match against promotional prices, reduced to clear, multi-buys, damaged or clearance products from competitors* in-store or online. FoodWorks Price Promise is applied to identical comparison products (based on pack size and variant). If our pack size is different, we will match the price on a pro-rata basis.
The only products excluded are those on weekly promotion (catalogue or online) or special or have been marked damaged or reduced to clear. We also do not match prices on temporary special offers or multi-buy purchases.
We have selected a range of our customer’s favourite and most purchased products; including the big brands you love. Price Promise is not available on every product or in every store.
Price Promise excludes fresh products (vegetables, fruit, meat, seafood, delicatessen, or bakery). Liquor and tobacco products are not included. All restricted purchases will be removed from the promotion, including stock-limited products.
Where identical products are not valid or products are discontinued, such as Best Buys in this case, we will match the price to the closest available comparable product. The list of Price Promise products may vary.
Low Prices Everyday = low prices on items adjusting the price per state.
Price Promise = competitive price program against competitors
FoodWorks Price Promise is available at participating FoodWorks Supermarkets, and Local and Express stores only.
Where possible our Price Promise is matched to the majors by State, however, in some cases where our store is supplied by a neighbouring state, the owner may choose to reflect the prices of the alternate State.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FoodWorks Price Promise products may go on promotion within FoodWorks Supermarkets or Local stores, where this happens and the promotion price is lower than the Price Promise price, the promotional price will override that Price Promise price.
For any reason, we are prevented from updating prices on Price Promise products, we will continue to use the previous prices until further updating can be resumed or the item be removed from the Price Promise range.
All FoodWorks stores are independently owned and operated, and the range of products offered in-store may vary.
Price Promise products or varieties may not be available across all participating stores.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw the Price Promise offers or to vary the terms and conditions, at any time without notice.
