Cauliflower steaks

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Wash the cauliflower heads and remove outer leaves. Cut the bottom of the core off (Keep the core in tact).
  3. Slice the Cauliflower into thirds or quarters. Outer pieces may fall off but you can roast them individually.
  4. Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the tray you prepared earlier placing any florets around the steaks.
  5. Rub oil into the steaks and sprinkle half of the coriander, paprika, onion powder and the garlic powder over, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15 Minutes, flip the steaks and repeat step 5 with the remaining seasonings.
  7. Bake for another 10-15 Minutes. Serve with a lemon wedge and top with Greek yoghurt.


  • 1 Large Cauliflower
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander (Or Parsley)
  • 2 tbs Greek Yoghurt
