Cauliflower steaks
Perfectly seasoned these steaks will have everyone drooling

- Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Wash the cauliflower heads and remove outer leaves. Cut the bottom of the core off (Keep the core in tact).
- Slice the Cauliflower into thirds or quarters. Outer pieces may fall off but you can roast them individually.
- Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the tray you prepared earlier placing any florets around the steaks.
- Rub oil into the steaks and sprinkle half of the coriander, paprika, onion powder and the garlic powder over, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 Minutes, flip the steaks and repeat step 5 with the remaining seasonings.
- Bake for another 10-15 Minutes. Serve with a lemon wedge and top with Greek yoghurt.

- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Coriander (Or Parsley)
- 2 tbs Greek Yoghurt
