Method

  1. Prepare the pancake batter following the instructions on your pancake shaker mix, using the required amount of water. Shake thoroughly until the mix is well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little butter.
  3. Pour rounds of the pancake batter onto the heated pan, aiming for your desired pancake size. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove the pancakes from the pan and stack them on serving plates.
  5. Layer your pancakes, using maple syrup and chocolate sauce to your liking, as well as plenty of fresh fruit.
  6. Top each pancake stack with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately for a warm and cold contrast that's sure to please!
