Pancakes
Traditional pancake recipe, an instant family favourite.

Method
- Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Create a well in the centre and add the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat, melt a small amount of butter and add small amounts of the mixture (Approx. 1/4 cup). Cook until brown then flip and repeat. Serve with fresh fruit, Enjoy!

3 tbs Butter, Melted
1 tbs Baking Powder
1 tbs Sugar
