- Prepare the pancake batter following the instructions on your pancake shaker mix, using the required amount of water. Shake thoroughly until the mix is well combined and smooth.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little butter.
- Pour rounds of the pancake batter onto the heated pan, aiming for your desired pancake size. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the pancakes from the pan and stack them on serving plates.
- Layer your pancakes, using maple syrup and chocolate sauce to your liking, as well as plenty of fresh fruit.
- Top each pancake stack with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately for a warm and cold contrast that's sure to please!
