Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients.

  2. In a medium bowl lightly beat the eggs. Add the milk, butter and vanilla.

  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture. Stir until blended.

  4. Ladle 1 cup of batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with your favourite toppings and sides. Enjoy!

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbs Baking Powder
  • 2 tbs Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Raspberries
