Mango and Honey Smoothie

Method

  1. Remove skin from mangoes, then combine all ingredients in a blender, peeled and chopped

  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until a smooth texture is achieved

  3. Serve in a tall glass and top with mint

1 mango

400ml skim milk

1/2 cup natural yoghurt

1 table spoon honey

Ice cubes

Mint
