Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220ºC. Place Chick'n patties in the oven for 20 Minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  3. With 4 minutes remaining for the Chick'n patties, cut the burger buns in half and place them in the oven.
  4. Remove the burger buns and the patties from the oven and apply a thin layer of sweet chilli sauce to the top portion of the bun. then build the burger from the bottom up. Begin with a leaf of lettuce, Chick'n patty, red onion, cucumber then finally top with chilli and coriander.

  • 360g Gardein Frozen Chick'n Patties
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 Chilli, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Coriander
  • 1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
  • Baby Cos Lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber, Cut to Strips
