- Preheat oven to 220ºC. Place Chick'n patties in the oven for 20 Minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- With 4 minutes remaining for the Chick'n patties, cut the burger buns in half and place them in the oven.
- Remove the burger buns and the patties from the oven and apply a thin layer of sweet chilli sauce to the top portion of the bun. then build the burger from the bottom up. Begin with a leaf of lettuce, Chick'n patty, red onion, cucumber then finally top with chilli and coriander.

- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 Chilli, Thinly Sliced
- 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Coriander
- 1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
- Baby Cos Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber, Cut to Strips
