Easy Homemade pizza

Method
- Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and add oil and water then mix until a dough is formed
- Knead on a floured surface until soft
- Return to the mixing bowl and cover with glad wrap, leave in a warm spot for 30 minutes
- Try near the ducted heating, or in front of the window on a sunny day
- The dough should double in size
- When it has risen, tap the dough once to remove air bubbles
- Remove from the bowl and knead gently for 1 minute
- Roll the dough out to your desired size
- PIZZA TOPPINGSAdd a tablespoon of tomato base and spread evenly
- Add your desired toppings, a small drizzle of olive oil over the top, then pop in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes
- Ensure the base has cooked through to the centre before removing completely from the oven

PIZZA BASE
2 cup plain flour
8g dry yeast
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup lukewarm water
TOPPINGS
1 tablespoon olive oil
Black olives
Rocket leaves
Cherry Tomatoes
Shaved ham or prosciutto
Oregano
1 tablespoon, Tomato Cooking Sauce
