Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and add oil and water then mix until a dough is formed
  2. Knead on a floured surface until soft
  3. Return to the mixing bowl and cover with glad wrap, leave in a warm spot for 30 minutes
  4. Try near the ducted heating, or in front of the window on a sunny day
  5. The dough should double in size
  6. When it has risen, tap the dough once to remove air bubbles
  7. Remove from the bowl and knead gently for 1 minute
  8. Roll the dough out to your desired size
  9. PIZZA TOPPINGSAdd a tablespoon of tomato base and spread evenly
  10. Add your desired toppings, a small drizzle of olive oil over the top, then pop in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes
  11. Ensure the base has cooked through to the centre before removing completely from the oven

PIZZA BASE 2 cup plain flour 8g dry yeast 1 teaspoon caster sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon olive oil 3/4 cup lukewarm water   TOPPINGS 1 tablespoon olive oil Black olives Rocket leaves Cherry Tomatoes Shaved ham or prosciutto Oregano 1 tablespoon, Tomato Cooking Sauce
