- 10 Minutes before cooking take the steak out of the fridge. Season with oil, salt and pepper.
- Prepare your ingredients in this time. Slice your tomato and onion into rings.
- To cook the rump steak, heat a skillet or BBQ and add steak. Generally, cook for 2 minutes each side for rare, 3-4 mins each side for medium-rare and 4-6 mins each side for medium.
- Take your steaks off the skillet/BBQ an let rest under foil. Prepare your roll by cutting it in half an buttering the inner bread.
- Add these rolls to the skillet/BBQ in the juices of the meat. Cook until brown.
- Take the bread off the heat, add BBQ sauce, rocket, onion, tomato, cheese and steak. Enjoy

- 4 Rolls of your choice
