Vegetable Stir Fry
Delicious vegetable stir fry, loaded with veggies and full of flavour!

- Add noodles into a bowl with hot water. Leave to soak for 5 minutes. Drain water. Using scissors, cut the noodles into shorter strands. Set aside.
- Combine the sugar, chili flakes, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well and set aside
- Heat a wok or a pan on high heat. Add garlic, cook until golden. Add in carrot, mushroom, zucchini and capsicum and continue cooking for another minute.
- Add the egg and scramble. Add in noodles and stir fry sauce. Mix well and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chives, chili and mix well. Serve immediately.
