Kid-Friendly Lunch Wraps
The perfect wrap for a school lunchbox!

In a medium bowl, combine chicken with taco seasoning until evenly coated.

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken with rice, corn, beans, spinach, tomatoes, cheese and onion until fully combined.

To assemble wraps, place tortillas on a flat surface and divide the filling between them. Rolling up tightly.
TIP: Toast in a sandwich press until wraps are lightly golden brown and cheese is melted!

- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup canned corn, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 large spinach tortillas
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
