Healthy Tuna Sandwich

Easy delicious tuna sandwich that the whole family will all enjoy

Method

  1. In a small bowl, gently combine the tuna, relish, and egg.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and parsley and combine. Season with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  3. Toast the bread and divide the mixture evenly on the 4 sandwiches. Top up with lettuce leaves and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 425gm can tuna of your favourite tuna, drained. Use a smaller can if eating for 1!
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh leafy parsley
  • 4-5 Leafy Lettuce leaves
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 8 slices of your favourite bread, toasted
