Healthy Tuna Sandwich
Easy delicious tuna sandwich that the whole family will all enjoy

Method
- In a small bowl, gently combine the tuna, relish, and egg.
- Add the mayonnaise and parsley and combine. Season with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Toast the bread and divide the mixture evenly on the 4 sandwiches. Top up with lettuce leaves and enjoy!
Ingredients
425gm can tuna of your favourite tuna, drained. Use a smaller can if eating for 1!
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh leafy parsley
4-5 Leafy Lettuce leaves
Salt and black pepper
8 slices of your favourite bread, toasted
