Grilled Prawns

  1. In a large bowl, combine the prawns, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili pepper, salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well coated.

  2. Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.

  3. Add the prawns to the grill or grill pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque and cooked through.

  4. Serve immediately with some grilled bread or a salad on the side. Enjoy!


  • 500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small chili pepper, seeded and diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
