Prawn and Vegetable Stir Fry

An easy, delicious stir fry for a healthy mid-week-meal

  1. Cook the noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5 mins or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a greased wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the prawns for 2-3 mins or until cooked. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add the carrot and broccoli to the wok or pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until just tender. Return the prawns to the wok or pan with the noodles and stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until heated through.
  4. Divide the noodles into each bowl and serve.


  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 10 raw prawns
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into long matchsticks
  • 1 packet soba noodles
  • 1 packet stir fry sauce of your choice
  • 1 capsicum, cut lengthways
