Creamy Chicken Bake
The perfect one pot winter warmer the whole family will enjoy

- Place chicken in a large bowl and coat in olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Massage until evenly coated.
- Place a large oven proof pan on the stove, over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Add the chicken and sear until the skin is golden brown.
- Move to the oven and cook for a further 30 minutes or until cooked through. Once finished, place the cooked chicken in a bowl and pour any juices into a heat-proof cup or jug.
- In the same pan, cook the bacon and onion over medium heat until beginning to crisp, add mushrooms until softened.
- Add broth, cream, half the juices from earlier and parmesan. Let simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally. add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chicken back into the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

- 6 Chicken Drumsticks, Skin On
- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Brown Onion
- 300g Bacon, Diced
- 500g Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 cup Cream
- 2/3 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated
- 3 tbs Chopped Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
