  1. Combine mustard, soy sauce, garlic and salt (Add chilli flakes as well if you are feeling adventurous). Add chicken and marinate.
  2. Heat a pan over high heat, add 2 tbs butter and place the corn over high heat. Cook until golden, rotating until golden on all sides. Remove from heat and slice corn kernels off the cob, set aside.
  3. Heat the same pan over medium heat, add 2 tbs butter and add the chicken, cooking until golden brown or until cooked through. Remove from heat and slice.
  4. Microwave wraps, add the sliced chicken, red cabbage, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, corn and coriander. Serve with lime. Enjoy!


  • 3 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 3 tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 500g Chicken Breast
  • 4 tbs Butter
  • 4 Corn On The Cob
  • 6-10 Tortilla Wraps
  • 1/4 Red Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum, Thinly Sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes, Cut Into Quarters
  • Bunch Of Coriander
  • Salt
