Chicken tacos
A delicious Mexican inspired dinner perfect for entertaining

- Combine mustard, soy sauce, garlic and salt (Add chilli flakes as well if you are feeling adventurous). Add chicken and marinate.
- Heat a pan over high heat, add 2 tbs butter and place the corn over high heat. Cook until golden, rotating until golden on all sides. Remove from heat and slice corn kernels off the cob, set aside.
- Heat the same pan over medium heat, add 2 tbs butter and add the chicken, cooking until golden brown or until cooked through. Remove from heat and slice.
- Microwave wraps, add the sliced chicken, red cabbage, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, corn and coriander. Serve with lime. Enjoy!

- 3 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbs Soy Sauce
- 3 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 500g Chicken Breast
- 4 tbs Butter
- 4 Corn On The Cob
- 6-10 Tortilla Wraps
- 1/4 Red Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Red Capsicum, Thinly Sliced
- Cherry Tomatoes, Cut Into Quarters
- Bunch Of Coriander
- Salt
