With New Year's Eve almost here, it’s time to start planning the perfect party platter! A charcuterie board is always a crowd pleaser – so why not put together your own masterpiece?
Choose a platter or board large enough to accommodate all the ingredients. Arrange the meats in one section, the cheeses in another and so on. You can arrange them in any pattern you like – just be sure to leave plenty of room for each ingredient!
Place fresh fruit near the center of your platter – they make great decoration as well as providing a refreshing snack.
Add crackers and slices of bread around the edges of your board, along with dips, nuts and pickles.
Finish off your platter with jams, honey and other condiments for added flavour.
Serve with bubbly or your favourite cocktails to toast in the New Year!
