- Preheat your oven to 200°C. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Sprinkle the crushed garlic and shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
- If using a pizza stone, carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone in the oven. If not using a stone, place the pizza on a baking sheet and put it in the oven.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and fresh basil.
Slice and serve. Enjoy your homemade pepperoni pizza!
