- Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and add oil and water then mix until a dough is formed
- Knead on a floured surface until soft
- Return to the mixing bowl and cover with glad wrap, leave in a warm spot for 30 minutes
- Try near the ducted heating, or in front of the window on a sunny day
- The dough should double in size
- When it has risen, tap the dough once to remove air bubbles
- Remove from the bowl and knead gently for 1 minute
- Roll the dough out to your desired size
- Add a table spoon of pizza sauce and spread evenly over base and add the ham, pineapple and mozzarella, then pop in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
- Ensure the base has cooked through to the centre before removing completely from the oven. Serve warm, Enjoy!

- PIZZA BASE (or store bought)
- 2 cup plain flour
- 8g dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup lukewarm water
- TOPPINGS
- 300g Pizza Sauce
- 200g Thinly Sliced Ham
- 200g Canned Pineapple Pieces
- 300g Shredded Mozzarella
