Grilled Veggie Kebabs
The perfect addition to a BBQ dinner!

Method

Preheat BBQ to medium high heat.

Thread vegetables and halloumi cheese onto metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder and oregano. Brush half of the mixture over kebabs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill kebabs for 10-15 minutes, flipping them frequently and brushing with remaining oil mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!

- 2 large red capsicums, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 2 large tomatoes, quartered
- 350g halloumi cheese, cubed
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
