Grilled Veggie Kebabs

  1. Preheat BBQ to medium high heat.

  2. Thread vegetables and halloumi cheese onto metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder and oregano. Brush half of the mixture over kebabs and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

  4. Grill kebabs for 10-15 minutes, flipping them frequently and brushing with remaining oil mixture. Serve hot and enjoy! 


  • 2 large red capsicums, cut into cubes 
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges 
  • 2 large tomatoes, quartered  
  • 350g halloumi cheese, cubed 
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
