Fish and Chips

So simple and delicious, these fish & chips are perfect for any day of the week!

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium high heat until it reaches 175°C.

  2. Fry potato chips in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush the fish fillets on both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper & paprika. 

  4. Place the fish onto the preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  5. Serve fish and chips with tartare sauce, lemon slices, vinegar and seasoning to taste. Enjoy!


  • 4 fillets of flake, cut into strips 
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying 
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chips 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Tartare sauce, for serving 
  • Lemon slices and vinegar, for serving 
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, paprika), to taste
