Fish and Chips
So simple and delicious, these fish & chips are perfect for any day of the week!

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium high heat until it reaches 175°C.

Fry potato chips in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush the fish fillets on both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper & paprika.

Place the fish onto the preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Serve fish and chips with tartare sauce, lemon slices, vinegar and seasoning to taste. Enjoy!

- 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Tartare sauce, for serving
- Lemon slices and vinegar, for serving
