Fresh Ravioli with Sauce

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions, usually 4-6 minutes, until they float to the surface and are cooked through. Drain well.
- While the ravioli are cooking, heat the tomato pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. You can add a splash of olive oil and some cracked black pepper to enhance the sauce, if desired.
- Prepare the garlic bread according to the package instructions. This usually involves baking it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at a specified temperature, until golden brown and crispy.
- To serve, place a generous amount of the warm tomato sauce at the bottom of each plate. Arrange the cooked ravioli over the sauce and sprinkle generously with freshly grated Parmigiano cheese.
- Garnish the ravioli with fresh basil leaves for a burst of colour and freshness.
- Serve immediately with a slice or two of the crispy garlic bread on the side.
