Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chilli and garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Then add the cherry tomatoes and white wine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Place the cooked linguini in a large bowl and top with the prawns and sauce. Garnish with rocket leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy!

- 250g linguini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 10-12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 handful rocket leaves
