  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chilli and garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Then add the cherry tomatoes and white wine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.

  4. Place the cooked linguini in a large bowl and top with the prawns and sauce. Garnish with rocket leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy!


  • 250g linguini pasta 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 red chilli, thinly sliced  
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 
  • 10-12 large prawns, peeled and deveined  
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • ½ cup white wine 
  • 1 handful rocket leaves
