Our bliss balls are nut-free so they are perfect for lunchboxes and play dates!
In a food processor, combine the rolled oats and pitted dates until they are broken down into a thick paste.
Add in the maple syrup and cocoa powder, and process again until combined.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving as a healthy snack or dessert! Enjoy!
