Nut-Free Cacao & Coconut Bliss Balls

Method

  1. In a food processor, combine the rolled oats and pitted dates until they are broken down into a thick paste.

  2. Add in the maple syrup and cocoa powder, and process again until combined.

  3. Take a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving as a healthy snack or dessert! Enjoy!

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
