Method

  1. Make cheese and vegemite sandwiches: using two slices of bread, spread with margarine and vegemite. Add a cheese slice. Repeat. Cut sandwiches  into halves and wrap or place into lunchbox.
  2. Make jam sandwiches: using two slices of bread, spread with strawberry jam. Repeat until all sandwiches are made. Cut into quarters to make a fun square shape! Remove crusts if desired and wrap or place into lunchbox.
  3. Fill each lunchbox with 2 sandwiches, 40g kabana minis, 1 packet of sultanas, 2 cheese stringers, 1 mini muffin, 1 Le Snack,1 apple, 1 mandarin, 1 pack of fruit snacks, 1 pack of rice crackers and 1 yoghurt pouch.
  4. Prep and store perishables in the fridge, ready to grab and go in the morning before school!

Tip: For more variety, swap out sandwich bread for saladas, everyone loves a vegemite salada! Other options include crispbreads or wraps. Substitute rice crackers with muesli bars or healthy potato chips.

  • 80g Vegemite
  • 80g margarine
  • 80g Strawberry jam
  • 1 160g pack kabana minis
  • 4 15g packs of sultanas
  • 8pk of cheese stringers
  • 4 blueberry mini muffins
  • 4 Le Snacks
  • 4 apples
  • 4 mandarins, segmented
  • 4 40g packs of fruit snacks
  • 4 rice cracker snack packs 
  • 4 140g yoghurt pouches
