Chicken Pita Pockets
These are great served hot or cold! Try these as an alternative to a traditional sandwich in your kid's lunchbox!

Rub the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes per side until cooked through. Let cool before slicing into thin strips.

Cut each pita pocket in half and fill with lettuce, tomato, cucumber slices, and chicken strips. Drizzle with your favourite hummus or tzatziki sauce.

Serve warm or cold as a delicious snack or meal!

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder

- 4 pita pockets
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup hummus or tzatziki sauce
