Tom’s ‘BBQ perfection’ Marinade
Some would say Tom and his mother-in-law Li are quite competitive, but Tom knows a thing or two about how to please and feed a crowd

In a large bowl or ziplock bag, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Add your favourite meat (chicken, beef, pork) to the marinade, making sure it is well coated. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for best results.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the meat for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Enjoy!

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 500g your favourite BBQ meat
