Scary Sausages

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into strips. Wrap puff pastry strips around each mini hotdog.
- Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Use a dollop of cream cheese and a peppercorn for each eye. Serve with mustard and tomato sauce.

- tomato sauce and mustard to serve
- cream cheese and peppercorns for decoration
