Kid-Friendly Halloween Fruit Platter
Fun and healthy fruit plate for both big & small kids to enjoy this Halloween

- Peel mandarins. Peel and cut bananas into ghosts. Cut apples into quarters and remove a "V" shape for the mouth. Slice strawberries. Cut celery sticks to size.
- Fill celery sticks and apples with peanut butter. Use sunflower seeds for teeth and strawberries for tongues. Use peanut butter to affix candied eyes.
- Skewer mango pieces and blackberries into fruit kabobs. Add celery to the tops of the mandarins to make fruit pumpkins.
- Decorate with melted chocolate. Serve with Greek yoghurt for dipping. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 200g celery, cut into sticks
- 4 Mandarins
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 punnet blackberries
- 200g Greek yoghurt (use coconut yoghurt for a dairy free alternative!)
- 100g peanut butter
- Sunflower seeds, candied eyes & melted chocolate to decorate
- 1 packet of skewers
