Spiderweb Pancakes
These guys are fun to make for a spookermarket breakfast

Method

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil and egg.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in berries if using.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Grease with butter or cooking spray.

Drawing a spiderweb, scoop 1/4 cup batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Serve with butter and syrup. Enjoy!

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh berries if desired
- butter and syrup to serve
