Zucchini Slice

- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a rectangular baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large frying pan, cook bacon and onion over medium heat until the onion is soft and the bacon is crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cooked bacon and onion, and grated cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly and stir in the flour, salt, and pepper. Combine this with the zucchini mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your savory zucchini slice hot or cold!
TIP: add your favourite veggies to the mixture for a health kick!
