Method

  1. Arrange the pre-made falafels, meat-free party pies, and curry puffs on a large platter. If the items require heating before serving, follow the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Prepare your vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. For grilled vegetables, cut into slices, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and grill until slightly charred and tender. Place these around the falafels, pies, and puffs on the platter.
  3. Add small bowls of your chosen dips to the platter. You can go with classics like hummus and guacamole or try something new like beetroot or spinach dip.
  4. Serve the platter as is, or garnish with fresh herbs for an extra touch of colour. Let your guests help themselves to this festive, plant-based feast. Enjoy!
