While the frankfurts are baking, prepare the homemade chili dipping sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using.
Stir the sauce until the brown sugar is fully dissolved and the sauce is heated through.
