Baked Brie with Raspberries, Walnuts and Honey

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the Brie wheel in a baking dish.
  2. Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until it begins to ooze but not melt.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the honey until it becomes runny. Add the fresh raspberries and stir gently until they're coated in the warm honey.
  4. Once the Brie is ready, remove it from the oven and top it immediately with the honey-soaked raspberries.
  5. Serve the baked Brie immediately with crackers for dipping. Enjoy your delicious appetiser!


  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
