Pulled Pork Burgers
Tender slow-cooked pulled pork paired with a crunchy slaw. The perfect burger for any occasion!

- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook pork until browned all over. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add onion to pan and cook until starting to brown. Add garlic and paprika and cook for a further 30 seconds. Add tomato puree, maple syrup, mustard and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Return pork to pan. Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 2 hours or until pork is tender enough to pull apart.
- Place coleslaw on bun bases. Top with pork and bun tops to serve.

- 8 burger buns
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet of coleslaw mix
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 pork boneless leg roast, string removed
