Chargrilled Veggies on Toast with Hummus and Feta

Preheat a grill or barbecue to high heat.

Slice the onion, garlic, capsicum and mushrooms.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Toast the bread on the grill or barbecue.

Spread with hummus and top with the grilled vegetables and feta cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
