Vegetable Cheese Bake
The perfect addition to a mid-week meal!

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toss the cauliflower (or vegetable mix) in oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until browned. Remove from the oven.
- Over low heat add the milk and Dijon mustard. Stir until combined add 1 cup of cheese and continue to stir. Heat for 1.5 minutes.
- Pour the milk combination over the cauliflower. Top with the remaining cheese and bread crumbs and put back in the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Leave to cool, serve. Enjoy!

- 1kg Frozen Vegetables (Or Cauliflower)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 2 cups Grated Cheese
- 100g Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbs Oil
