Homemade Chicken Souva
Light up the barbie for a tasty meal. Spice up this family favourite by adding chilli or any of your favourite ingredients!

- Combine chicken, lemon zest, garlic, a pinch of salt & olive oil.
- Stir to combine & allow to marinate.
- Prepare remaining ingredients, if using wooden skewers, place in water to soak.
- Heat a BBQ/pan over high heat, add a splash of olive oil & the sliced zucchini, turning after 3 minutes and cook for a further 5. Remove zucchini from the BBQ/pan.
- Skewer the chicken.
- Lower heat and add the chicken skewers. Turn after 5 minutes and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Heat the wraps, add 1 tbs of tzatziki, a slice of zucchini, cucumber, lettuce and a chicken skewer. Serve hot, Enjoy!

- 700g Chicken Thigh, Cut to Quarters
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, Grated Zest
- 1 Zucchini, 1cm Slices Lengthwise
- 1 Cucumber, Sliced
- 150g Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded
- 4 Wraps
- Tzatziki
- Salt
