Lazy Chicken Stir Fry
Put your quick cook noodles to the test with a fancy touch to an affordable meal.

- Heat a large pan over medium heat with 1 tbs oil, add the sliced chicken in a single flat layer for around 4 minutes or until lightly browned rotating as needed. Remove the chicken from the pan.
- In the same pan, add zucchini, carrots and mushrooms (if you are feeling adventurous add capsicum, broccoli or any other vegetable you think will work). Add garlic, along with a pinch of salt and pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- While you are waiting, boil a pot of hot water and cook your noodles.
- Add the chicken back into the pan, add the vegemite, coriander and noodles. cook and stir for 2 minutes. Serve and top with black sesame seeds. Enjoy!

- 140g Quick Noodles (2 Minute Noodles or Alternative)
- 1-2 Chicken Breast, Sliced to 1cm Strips
- 1 Zucchini, Sliced to 1cm Strips
- 1 Carrot, Sliced to 1cm Strips
- 100g Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
- 2 1/2 tbs Vegemite
- 1 handful Coriander, Finely Chopped
- 1 tbs Black Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
