Method

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. While the water heats, thinly slice the onion. Halve carrots lengthwise,
then thinly angle slice. Cut broccoli into orets.
3. Add noodles and broccoli to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
4. In a very large frying pan, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil over high heat. Stir-fry
the onion and carrot until just tender (about 4 minutes). Transfer to a bowl
and set aside.
5. Season beef with salt and pepper. Return to the frying pan, put on a high
heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Add the beef and stir-fry until
just browned (about 5 minutes). You may need to do this in two batches.
6. Add onions and carrots to the pan with the beef. Empty the full pack of
teriyaki meal base and stir, adding in 2 tbsp of soy sauce and simmer for
3 minutes. Add water if you want a saucier consistency. Add broccoli and
simmer for 2 minutes until fully heated through.

To Serve:

Cover noodles with hot water to loosen and warm through. Drain well and
add to the pan and toss noodles through the teriyaki beef and vegetables
or divide evenly between 4 bowls and top with teriyaki beef and vegetables.
Enjoy your meal.

Optional:

If using sesame seeds, dry-fry over medium-high heat until lightly
golden then use to garnish. If using prawn crackers, please prepare based
on pack instructions.
