Beef Madras Curry

Delicious and easy beef curry recipe packed with flavour!

Method

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook for 3 minutes (or until browned), tossing in between. Remove beef and set aside.
  2. In the same pan 1 tbs oil add garlic, onion and ginger over medium heat, cook until browned. Add the beef back in and all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to boil, cover and leave to simmer for 1.5 hours stirring occasionally. Serve with rice, enjoy!

Oil 1 kg, Gravy Beef 1 tsp, Ground Turmeric 1, Red Chilli 2 tbs, Tomato Paste 1 cup, Beef Stock 1 tsp, Garam Masala 2 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 cup, Chopped Coriander  1 tbs, Crushed Ginger 1 tbs, Minced Garlic 500g, Diced tomato 1/2 Diced Onion
