Beef Madras Curry
Delicious and easy beef curry recipe packed with flavour!

- Heat a small amount of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook for 3 minutes (or until browned), tossing in between. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same pan 1 tbs oil add garlic, onion and ginger over medium heat, cook until browned. Add the beef back in and all remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil, cover and leave to simmer for 1.5 hours stirring occasionally. Serve with rice, enjoy!

- 1 kg, Gravy Beef
- 1 tsp, Ground Turmeric
- 1, Red Chilli
- 2 tbs, Tomato Paste
- 1 cup, Beef Stock
- 1 tsp, Garam Masala
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup, Chopped Coriander
- 1 tbs, Crushed Ginger
- 1 tbs, Minced Garlic
- 500g, Diced tomato
- 1/2 Diced Onion
