Christmas Trifle

Sing some Christmas carols whilst whipping up a delicious dessert!

  1. Line the bottom of a trifle dish with half of the jam rolls. Cover with a layer of fresh fruit.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with the vanilla extract until smooth. Cover the fresh fruit with cream cheese layer.
  3. Layer the remaining jam rolls on top and cover with another layer of fresh fruit.
  4. In another medium bowl, beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the fresh fruit.
  5. Top with remaining fruit and serve. Enjoy!


  • 1 400g pack of jam rolls, cut into 3cm pieces
  • Approximately 4 cups of your favourite fresh berries (we used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
  • 4 peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 250g block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
