Christmas Trifle
Sing some Christmas carols whilst whipping up a delicious dessert!

- Line the bottom of a trifle dish with half of the jam rolls. Cover with a layer of fresh fruit.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with the vanilla extract until smooth. Cover the fresh fruit with cream cheese layer.
- Layer the remaining jam rolls on top and cover with another layer of fresh fruit.
- In another medium bowl, beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the fresh fruit.
- Top with remaining fruit and serve. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 400g pack of jam rolls, cut into 3cm pieces
- Approximately 4 cups of your favourite fresh berries (we used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
- 4 peaches or nectarines, sliced
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 250g block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
