Bread and Butter Pudding

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, cream and butter, whisk until combined.
  2. Add bread to the mixture and let it soak for 5 minutes. Add sultanas and mix.
  3. Pour bread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
  4. Remove the pudding from the oven, brush with melted butter and top with raspberries. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of day-old bread, cut into thick slices

  • 3 Eggs

  • 400ml Mlik

  • 225ml Thickened Cream

  • 4tbs Butter, Melted

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 Vanilla Extract

  • 125g Raspberries
