- Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, cream and butter, whisk until combined.
- Add bread to the mixture and let it soak for 5 minutes. Add sultanas and mix.
- Pour bread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
- Remove the pudding from the oven, brush with melted butter and top with raspberries. Enjoy!

1 1/2 Vanilla Extract
