A delicious and warming chocolate pudding to get through winter!
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease 4 oven proof soufflé dishes or ramekins.
In a medium jug or bowl, combine butter, milk and eggs. in a separate large bowl, combine cocoa, baking powder, sugar and flour. Form a well in the centre of the dry mixture and slowly stir in the wet ingredients. Stir until combined. Pour evenly across all oven dishes.
To make the topping, combine brown sugar and cocoa powder. Evenly spread the toppings across all puddings, and carefully pour over the boiling water.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until the top is crunchy and springs up when touched. Remove from oven, allow to cool, top with icing sugar and serve with strawberries and cream. Enjoy!
