Christmas Panettone Trifle

- Cut the panettone into 3cm cubes. Set aside.
- Whip the thickened cream until it forms soft peaks. Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to use.
- Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and grill on each side until soft and grill marks appear. Once cooled, slice into thin pieces.
- Begin the assembly of the trifle: In a large glass trifle dish, layer the bottom with slices of panettone. On top of the panettone, add a layer of vanilla ice cream. Follow this with a layer of whipped cream.
- Arrange a layer of grilled peach slices and fresh strawberries over the cream.
- Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream, grilled peaches, and strawberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy this delightfully simple Christmas dessert!
