Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Croissants

Method
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top the cream cheese with smoked salmon slices.
- Sprinkle the smoked salmon with fresh dill, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the top half of the croissant on the smoked salmon. Repeat with the remaining croissants.
