Easter Brunch Grazing Platter

Method

  1. Place the croissants and hot cross buns on a large platter or tray. Spread with assorted jams and cream.

  2. Arrange the fruits around the edges of the platter along with the quiche slices.

  3. Place the cupcakes in a pile in the center of the platter.

  4. Serve with fruit juice, tea and coffee alongside the grazing platter. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, sliced in half horizontally
  • 4 hot cross buns, sliced in half horizontally
  • Assorted jams and cream for spreading
  • Assorted fruits (our faves are berries, melon, grapes & oranges)
  • 2 quiches, cut into slices
  • 6 cupcakes
