Easter Brunch Grazing Platter
This platter has all your Easter favourites!

Place the croissants and hot cross buns on a large platter or tray. Spread with assorted jams and cream.

Arrange the fruits around the edges of the platter along with the quiche slices.

Place the cupcakes in a pile in the center of the platter.

Serve with fruit juice, tea and coffee alongside the grazing platter. Enjoy!

- 4 croissants, sliced in half horizontally
- 4 hot cross buns, sliced in half horizontally
- Assorted jams and cream for spreading
- Assorted fruits (our faves are berries, melon, grapes & oranges)
- 2 quiches, cut into slices
