Braised Pork
This classic Lunar New Year dish is sure to be a hit!

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the cubed pork shoulder. Sear until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.

Add the garlic, ginger, five-spice powder and Shaoxing wine to the pan and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and add the soy sauce, sugar, star anise and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until the pork is tender.

Serve over steamed white rice or noodles for a complete meal. Enjoy!
