When we sit down with our families to eat meals, we create memories. Cooking recipes our families taught us pull vivid memories from our childhoods back to the forefront of our minds. Whether it’s the smell of a treat you had as a child or the taste of a sauce your grandmother always made on Sundays, we hold incredibly strong connections to our food. 

The same can be said for the sausages created by the Slape and Sons team, who are still using the recipes and processes created by the late Robbie Slate.  With three generations of the Slape and Sons family at the helm, they truly believe in the tried and tested method when it comes to making sausages.
