Pisco Sour

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and frothy.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters, if desired. Enjoy!
TIP: If you prefer not use egg whites, you can just omit this ingredient and shake the other ingredients together. You can also add a splash of club soda or sparkling water to give the drink a bit of fizz.

- 240ml Pisco
- 120ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml simple syrup
- 4 egg whites (optional)
- Angostura bitters (for garnish, optional)
