Pisco Sour

Try this earthy and refreshing cocktail!

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and frothy.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters, if desired. Enjoy!


TIP: If you prefer not use egg whites, you can just omit this ingredient and shake the other ingredients together. You can also add a splash of club soda or sparkling water to give the drink a bit of fizz.


  • 240ml Pisco 
  • 120ml fresh lime juice 
  • 60ml simple syrup 
  • 4 egg whites (optional) 
  • Angostura bitters (for garnish, optional)
